    11月も案浦不動産にとって忙しい月となりました。賃貸物件を２件、１件は家主を代表し(Misty Meadow)、もう１件はテナントを代表させていただきました。(Chickory Knoll) そして、日本人投資家の所有するポンデロサ フォレストにある３件のコンドミニアムの売却完了、さらにMD Andersonにてお勤め予定の日本人研究者を弊社おすすめの物件の一つである高層アパート Vantage Med Center へのお引っ越しのお手伝いをいたしました。他にもこれまでになく築年の古いお家の購入手続きをお手伝いすることとなりました。トレンディなモントロスに位置する、内装が完全にリモデルされた物件で1920年に建築されたお家です。魅力と個性あふれる、とても築101年とは思えないほどの物件です。全てうまくいけば年内に購入完了となります。頑張りましょう！

    November was another busy month for Annoura Realty.  We closed two leases, one where we represented the landlord (Misty Meadows) and one where we represented the tenant (Chickory Trail).  We closed the 3 unit portfolio at Ponderosa Forest on behalf of our investor seller in Japan.  Additionally, we welcomed a new Japanese researcher who will be working at MD Anderson to one of our favorite highrises, Vantage Med Center. In other exciting news, we went under contract for our oldest home to date. This fully remodeled home is in trendy Montrose and was built in 1920.  Full of charm and character, this home is an incredible 101 years old! If all goes well, we will close by the end of the year! Gambarimashou!

    December is a month of holiday cheer. Parties are lined up almost every night!!  Last week, Susan attended a holiday party with Houston’s top international realtors, while Team Annoura celebrated at our highly recommended lender’s house, Laura Haines.     旅行をお考えの方は必見！アメリカ国民の方にも影響する、アメリカへの旅行に関するいくつか規則が更新されました。来週から、アメリカに来る旅行者は、飛行機に搭乗してから1日以内にウイルスの陰性検査の証拠を提示する必要があります。以前までは3日以内でした。機内でのマスクの着用は3月18日まで、引き続き必要とされます。以前は1月中旬の終了予定でしたが、延長の予定です。過去14日以内に南アフリカおよび他の7つのアフリカ諸国からアメリカへ旅行をする非米国市民およびグリーンカード保有者は、アメリカへの入国を完全に禁止されています。新しい連邦規則は、新しいCOVID-19バリアントを元に導入されました。

    Attention travelers! There are some updated rules on traveling INTO the United States, even for U.S. citizens.  Beginning next week, travelers coming to the U.S. will be required to show evidence of a negative test for the virus within ONE day of boarding their flight.  The previous period was 3 days. Wearing masks inside planes will continue to be required, now through March 18, an extension from the original mid-January end date.  Non U.S. citizens and green card holders coming from South Africa and 7 other African countries within the past 14 days, are banned from entry into the U.S. altogether. The new federal rule comes in light of the new COVID-19 variant.
