    女性不動産協会は、すべての主要都市に支部 (またはネットワーク) を持つ全国組織です。ヒューストンでは、スーザンが会長を勤めており、彼女の任期は 2022 年末に終了します。組織のミッション ステートメントは次のとおりです。

    私たちは成功を収めている不動産業者のネットワークであり、業界や私たちがサービスを提供する地域社会で女性をビジネス リーダーとして前進させています。

    8月10日に2023年度における選挙が行われ、案浦不動産の藤田真理子が秘書に就任しました！真理子は来年、他の 5 人とともにこのグループを率いることになります。新会長は Tejas Realty の Lisa Eureste 、次期会長には Jane Byrd、財務担当者は 今年同様Rob Arnold です。 Dena Musfy がメンバーシップ ディレクター、Eddie Massa がイベント ディレクターに就任しました。これから来年に向けて執行委員会を構成し、資金調達、イベント計画、スポンサー関係、および会員維持を担当します。スーザンが今年度の会長を勤め、とても素晴らしい経験となりました。案浦不動産 は、藤田真理子がこのリーダーシップの役割にステップアップしたことを非常に誇りに思っています。がんばれ、真理子！

    The Women’s Council of Realtors is a national organization with chapters (or networks) in every major city.  Here in Houston, Susan is the local President and her term will end at the end of 2022.  The organization’s mission statement is:

    We are a network of successful realtors, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.

    On August 10, an election for the 2023 governing board was held and Annoura Realty’s Mariko Fujita was appointed as First Vice President! Mariko will serve alongside five others to lead this group next year. The new President will be Lisa Eureste of Tejas Realty, President-elect will be Jane Byrd, Treasurer will be Rob Arnold. Dena Musfy will be the Membership Director and Eddie Massa will be the Events Director.  This team will make up the executive board and will be responsible for fundraising, event planning, sponsorship relations, and member retention. It was a great experience for Susan to lead this organization this year and Annoura Realty is very proud of Mariko Fujita for stepping up into this leadership role.  Gambare, Mariko!

  • ヒューストン不動産協会 取締役 – 選挙結果！

    前回の記事で選挙について発表させていただきましたが、ヒューストン不動産協会の選挙結果が発表されました！なんと、スーザンは中規模企業部門で当選、2023 年取締役会の新しいメンバーになることを皆様にお伝えすることができ、とても嬉しいです。ヒューストン不動産協会には 47,000 人を超える会員数となっています。多くの同業者からリーダーシップチームのメンバーに選ばれることは、とても名誉なことです。選挙キャンペーンを行い、投票してもらい、スーザン当選までの長い道のりをサポートしてくれたすべてのヒューストン不動産業者に感謝しております。そして、新しく当選された他のメンバーに心からお祝いを申し上げます!

    The last newsletter came out on the eve of the results for the Houston Association of Realtors Board of Directors election. We are excited to announce that Susan won in her Medium Firms category and will be a new member of the board of directors in 2023! The Houston Association of Realtors has over 47,000 members. It is such an honor to be elected by her peers to serve on the leadership team.  Thank you to all Houston realtors who campaigned, voted, and supported Susan on her journey and congratulations to all the newly elected board members!

    ドラムロールをお願いします！ 案浦不動産はこの度、日本政府　総領事館の建物の売却を担当することとなりました。このような物件を売却するために弊社を選んでいただき、とても光栄です！メモリアル郵便番号、77024に位置し、数十年にわたって多くの会議、パーティー、お祝いの会場として多くの人たちから親しみ愛し続けられた建物です。残念ながら、2017年のハリケーン ハービーにより床上浸水の被害に遭う結果となりました。建物内に8フィートの被害を受け、5年間空家となっていました。220万ドルで市場へ出し、写真撮影は明日の予定です。長い道のりとはなりましたが、弊社一同全力で売却するために準備万端です！他のニュースとして、189万ドルの物件が1週間以内に契約され、先週末（スーザンがファーゴの郊外にいた間）にオプション期間が終了しました。さらに、新たに東京海上からの駐在員の方が金曜日にウェストヒューストンへ入居、そしてモントローズとジャージービレッジの賃貸住宅の契約が完了いたしました。スーザンはもう１軒、プール付きの1/3エーカーの敷地に、寝室3部屋、浴室2.5部屋の新しい物件をマイヤーランドエリアに売却中。真理子は、リッチモンドにあるレイクス・オブ・ベラテラ内に寝室4部屋、浴室2.5部屋の新しい物件を売りに出しました。案浦チームはフル活動中です！

    Drumroll, please!  Annoura Realty Group is honored to announce our newest listing!! We have been hired by the Government of Japan to list their Consul General’s residence.  The building is located in Memorial 77024 and has served as the venue for many meetings, parties, and celebrations over several decades. Sadly, it flooded in 2017, when Hurricane Harvey filled it up with 8 feet of water from Buffalo Bayou. The home was gutted and left vacant for 5 years, diligently maintained on the outside, but unlived in on the inside. Susan will be bringing this home to the market for sale at $2.2M with the photo shoot set up for tomorrow. It has been a journey procuring this listing and Annoura Realty Group is ready to roll up our sleeves and get it SOLD! In other exciting news, our $1.89M listing went under contract in less than one week and we made it out of the option period last weekend (while Susan was in the back of that Suburban in Fargo). In addition, our new Tokio Marine tenant moved into his West Houston home on Friday, and we closed out our Montrose and Jersey Village lease homes. Susan brought to market a new listing in the Meyerland area, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a 1/3 acre lot with a pool!  Mariko brought to market a new listing in Richmond, a 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home inside Lakes of Bella Terra.     案浦家はとても忙しい数週間を過ごしました！丈はテキサス大学で3日間新入生オリエンテーションを行いました。スーザンと攻は、「親オリエンテーション」プログラムのために一緒にオースティンへ訪れ、いくつかの異なるトピックを選び色々と勉強になることばかりでした。更に、攻はトラックレース仲間であるディーン・ハラグチに会いに行き、スーザンはアーマンド・バイユー小学校のクラスメートであったジュリアン・ハンに会いに行きました。その後オースティンから、スーザンは泰の全国レスリングトーナメントのために、ノースダコタ州ファーゴへ行きました。 フォートワースで開催された前のトーナメントに出場したことで、テキサスチームとして参加しました。スーザンにとって、全国から集結した何千人ものトップレスラーがさまざまな体重別階級やレスリングスタイルで競うのを見るのは新しい世界となり、そして泰がグレコで2つのマッチに勝つ瞬間を見ることができてとても興奮しました！最終的に、グレコで2-2の結果となりましたが、彼にとって素晴らしい経験となりました。1日余ったため、スーザンはファーゴのダウンタウンを観光しに行き、その後帰宅するためのフライトがキャンセルされ、テキサスチームの6人のコーチと一緒に、一晩中運転し家族の待つテキサスへ帰りました。

    It was a busy couple weeks at the Annoura household! Joe had his new student orientation at the University of Texas for three days.  Susan and Koh drove to Austin with him for the ‘parents orientation’ program, where they were able to choose several different topics to learn about. While there, Koh met up with his track racing colleague Dean Haraguchi, while Susan met up with her classmate from Armand Bayou Elementary, Julian Hang. From Austin, Susan flew to Fargo, North Dakota to go watch Ty wrestle in a national wrestling tournament.  Ty went as part of Team Texas, having qualified in Fort Worth in a previous tournament.  It was a whole new world for Susan to see thousands of top wrestlers from all over the United States compete in various weight classes and wrestling styles. She got to see Ty win two matches in Greco Roman, which was very exciting! In the end, Ty went 2-2 in Greco and could not advance, but it was a great experience for him. With an extra day on hand, Susan went sightseeing in downtown Fargo and when her flight was cancelled, she ended up in the back of a Surburban with 6 Team Texas coaches, who drove all night long back to Texas!

  • HAR 取締役会選挙！

    2023年のHAR取締役会の選挙が先週開始され、1週間の投票期間が本日で終了となります。ヒューストンの48,000人のメンバーを代表して、不動産協会メンバーのために今後における多くの規則やルールの変更などを行います。取締役会は、会社の規模（エージェントの数）と事務所の地区に基づいて選出されたメンバーで構成されています。 案浦不動産は9人のエージェントを抱えており、中規模企業カテゴリー（エージェント数5人から24人まで）に立候補しました。スーザンと案浦チームは先週１週間選挙キャンペーンを行いました。多くの人にどうして立候補したのかと質問されました。スーザンは全米不動産協会の将来をメンバーのためにより良いものにするため、貢献できたらと考えています。多くのエージェントの取締役会にアイデアを伝えたり、新たなアイデアで協会を変えるよう投票したり、選出されることはとても名誉なことであり、スーザンが業界に還元できる1つの方法だと考えています。選出された場合、スーザンは2年間の任期を務めます。受賞者は本日発表され、次のにゅーすれたーで結果報告します。候補者は以下よりご参照ください：www.har.com/election

    It’s the final push!  The 2023 HAR Board of Directors election ends TODAY after one week of voting.  Representing Houston’s 48,000 realtors, the Board of Directors votes on and decides many of the rules and services that affect the members of the association. To be representative, the board consists of members who are elected based on the size of their firms (number of agents) and the geographic location of the agent’s office. Having 9 agents, Annoura Realty Group falls into the Medium Firms Category (agent count 5-24), so Susan is running in this category. Susan and her team campaigned ALL last week, at election party after election party, asking for votes. Asked WHY she is running? Quite simply, Susan cares about the future of the realtor community and wants to contribute however she can. Whether it be to convey ideas from her colleagues to the board, or voting with the board to affect change, being elected to this position by her peers would be an honor and ultimately, is one way she can give back to her industry.
