    With the year winding down, Christmas cards sent out, and people moving around less, we decided to take some time to show our appreciation to some special VIP clients.  These clients referred new clients to us this year and we wanted to give them an extra special thank you for helping us grow our business. Susan selected personalized cutting boards this year, having our VIP client’s name engraved directly onto the board, then hand delivered them all over the city. It was so nice catching up with clients we haven’t seen in a while. Some had new babies, some had new jobs, some were newly single, and some were newly married! Our company survives on referrals so if you know anyone who would like to buy, sell, lease, or invest, PLEASE let us know!     案浦家族旅行の季節がやってきました！私たち5人は攻のトラックに詰め込み、クリスマスの短い旅行のためにコロラド州パゴサスプリングスへ向かいました。小さな別荘を所有しており、短期賃貸契約を担当する新しい不動産管理チームに会う良い機会でもありました。23日に到着し、12月24日、25日、26日にウルフクリークのゲレンデに行きました。スーザンと攻はスキーをし、丈、泰、ザックはスノーボードをしました。家族友達であるマクガリティー夫妻が飛行機で参加してくれたのは特別でした。大人4人はザ・スプリングスの温泉に浸かりました。パゴサ スプリングスには世界で最も深い温泉があることをご存知ですか?小さな街を非常に特別なものにしており、私たちが小さな第二の家としてこの街を選んだ理由でもあります。あなたやあなたの家族が私たちの家をぜひ借りたいという方は、お気軽にお知らせください。写真は以下のリンクよりご覧ください: https://www.itrip.net/pagosa-springs-vacation-rental/191-talisman-dr-d202

    Tis the season for a Annoura Family Vacation! The five of us packed into Koh’s truck and drove to Pagosa Springs, Colorado for a short Christmas trip. We own a small property there and this was a good chance to check the condition of our place as well as meet the new property management team in charge of our short term leases. We arrived on Dec 23 and hit the Wolf Creek slopes on Dec 24, 25, and 26.  Susan and Koh skiied while Joe, Ty, and Zach snowboarded. It was special to have our family friends the McGaritys fly in to join us! The four adults enjoyed a soak in the hot spring baths at The Springs. Did you know that Pagosa Springs has the world’s deepest known geothermal hot springs?! This makes this little city very special and the reason we picked it for our small second home!
