    • Median purchase price: $378,600 compared to $336,900 among all Houston market buyers

    スーザンが日本に滞在している間、真理子が複数の賃貸契約を無事にクロージング。そしてスーザンは、日本でヒューストンへの投資を検討している潜在的なクライアントたちと面会しました。そのひとつは、大阪にある和牛ローストビーフの加工会社。信じられないほど美味しい和牛を作っている会社で、ぜひヒューストンに来てほしいと願っています！もうひとつは高級ブランドバッグのリセールショップ「Brand Street」（Instagramもぜひチェック！）。5月にもヒューストンに視察に来ており、8月にも再訪予定で、オフィススペースを探す予定です。スーザンは浅草にある彼らの本社を訪問し、ルイ・ヴィトンやシャネルなどの本物のブランドバッグがずらりと並ぶ圧巻の在庫に感動しました。スカイツリーと隅田川を見渡せるオフィスは、まさに息をのむほどの美しさ！Brand Street がヒューストンに拠点を構える日が来るかもしれないと思うと、案浦不動産も大興奮です。また、日本触媒の新しいインターン、夏帆さんがついにお気に入りの部屋を見つけ、先週引っ越し完了。今月は、家族が日本へ帰任したため家からアパートへと住み替える、Tokio Marine のリピートクライアントも入居予定。再び声をかけてもらえたことが本当に嬉しく、2回目の引っ越し祝いには何を贈ろうかと考えています。売買では、スーザンが日本の投資家のリピートクライアントのために、Bay Glen の一軒家を契約中。現在点検期間を進めており、あと少しで完了です。うまくいけば、この投資家にとってヒューストンで3軒目の投資物件になります。

    In Annoura Realty News, a lot of the action happened behind the scenes this past two weeks. Mariko helped close several leases while Susan was in Japan, while Susan visited many potential Japanese clients who are interested in possibly buying property in Houston. One is a meat processing company in Osaka who makes an incredible WAGYU roast beef. Oh, we would LOVE to see that company come to Houston! Another is the luxury bag resale shop, Brand Street (check out their Instagram page!), who came for a visit in May and will come again in August to look for office space. Susan visited their headquarters in Asakusa and was mesmerized by the incredible stock they hold. They are a predominantly B2B wholesaler for authentic luxury bags such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel. Their office overlooks the SkyTree and the Sumida River and is absolutely stunning! Annoura Realty is super excited about the possibility of Brand Street opening a Houston branch! Congratulations to Nippon Shokubai’s newest intern, Natsuho. She found her favorite unit and moved in last week. Also on the docket to move in this month is a repeat client with Tokio Marine, downsizing to an apartment from a house after his family returned back to Japan. Super excited he reached back out to us and will be thinking about something special to give him for his second move in gift! In sales news, Susan got a Bay Glen home under contract for one of her repeat investors in Japan. We are working through the inspection period now and almost there. If things work out, this will be his third investment home in Houston!
