この2週間、案浦家全員がとても忙しく過ごしていました！スーザンは12月18日、ヒューストン不動産協会の副議長（エグゼクティブ・ディレクター）に就任しました。これは、ヒューストンに約5万人いるリアルター会員の中でも3番目に高い役職となります。丈はUT（テキサス大学）での秋学期を終え、ヒューストンに戻ってきました。卒業まで残すところあと1学期です。泰は冬休みでアナポリスから帰省し、ザカリーも秋学期を無事に終えました。そして12月20日には、家族全員でコロラド州パゴサ・スプリングスへロードトリップに出かけました。これは案浦家の恒例行事のひとつです！私たちはパゴサ・スプリングスに小さなタウンハウスを所有しており、普段はAirbnbとして貸し出しています。お気に入りのお店を巡ったり、キッチンで家族みんなで料理をしたり、近くのWolf Creekでスキーやスノーボードを楽しんだりと、行くたびに本当に楽しい時間を過ごしています。ご家族でスキー旅行を考えている方には、心からおすすめできる場所です。ヒューストンからは車で約2日かかり、途中でアマリロに立ち寄るのが定番です。もし行ってみたい方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひメールでご連絡ください。おすすめ情報を喜んでお伝えします。パゴサ・スプリングスには温泉もありますよ！また、私たちのタウンハウスにご宿泊される場合は、特別割引もご案内できます。こちらが物件のリンクです：https://www.itrip.net/pagosa-springs-vacation-rental/191-talisman-dr-d202-hot-springs-hideaway

All members of the Annouras have been busy the past two weeks! Susan was installed as a Vice Chair (executive director) of the Houston Association of Realtors on December 18. This is the third top position of the nearly 50,000 realtor members in Houston. Joe returned to Houston after finishing his fall semester at UT. He has just one more semester remaining before he graduates from the University of Texas. Ty returned home from Annapolis for his winter vacation and Zachary wrapped up his fall semester as well. The whole family hit the road to Pagosa Springs, Colorado on December 20th, which is one of the Annoura family traditions! We own a small townhouse in Pagosa Springs that we normally Air BnB during the year. It’s so fun to go there, visit all of our favorite stores and shops, cook together in our kitchen, and ski/snowboard at the nearby Wolf Creek. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want to bring your family skiing. It takes about two days to drive from Houston, and we normally stop in Amarillo. 12月はヒューストン不動産協会（HAR）にとって、特に忙しい時期です。ご存じでしたか？ヒューストンには 約5万人 もの不動産エージェントが在籍しており、その多くがHARに所属しています。

HARには、グローバル、テクノロジー、安全、YPN（若手不動産プロフェッショナル）など、専門分野ごとに 15のアドバイザリーグループ があり、それぞれが理事会およびエグゼクティブ・コミッティーに対して提言を行っています。年末には、これらのボランティアリーダーを称える感謝イベントが数多く開催されます。Susanはエグゼクティブ・コミッティーのメンバーであるため、すべてのイベントに招待されており、この時期は特に多忙となっています。先週は、6名で構成されるエグゼクティブチーム が、12月18日開催予定の「Realtor Celebration」イベント に向けた動画撮影を行いました。このイベントでは、2026年の新チェアマンが就任 し、エグゼクティブラインのメンバーはそれぞれ一つずつ役職が繰り上がります。

2026年のチェアマンは Theresa Hill、続いて 2027年はKat Robinson が務める予定です。その後に Susan、次が Troy Cothran、そしてエグゼクティブチームの最年少・新メンバーが Karishma Asrani です。

December is a busy month at the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). Did you know that there are nearly 50,000 realtors in Houston that belong to HAR? Our realtor association has 15 different advisory groups specializing in different areas such as global, technology, safety, YPN, etc that report to the board of directors and the executive committee with their recommendations. At year end, HAR celebrates these volunteer leaders with various appreciation events. As Susan is a member of the executive committee, she is invited to all of them, making this season especially busy for her! Last week, the 6 person executive team shot a video for the upcoming Realtor Celebration event, which will take place on December 18. At this event, the new chairman for 2026 will be installed and the members of the executive line will all move up one spot. Theresa Hill will be the chairman of HAR in 2026, followed by Kat Robinson in 2027. Susan is in line after Kat, then Troy Cothran, and the newest member of our executive team is Karishma Asrani. In addition to the upcoming Installation Event, the executive team shot a picture for the cover of the December edition of Houston Realtor Magazine! Following that, the bluefin tuna will go on sale and there will also be sashimi sampling for the public! There will also be sake demonstrations and samplings that day. 2月18日は、ヒューストン不動産協会にとって重要な一日でした。HARには、ヒューストン地域で活動する約5万人のリアルターが会員として所属していることをご存じでしょうか。HARには、会員によって選出された23名の理事（Board of Directors）がおり、その中から6名で構成されるエグゼクティブ・コミッティが設けられています。今回の Realtor Celebration イベントでは、2026年の新チェアウーマンが就任し、エグゼクティブラインのメンバー全員が一段階ずつ昇格しました。Theresa Hill 氏が2026年のHAR会長に就任し、2027年は Kat Robinson 氏が続きます。その後には Susan、続いて Troy Cothran 氏が控えており、エグゼクティブチームの最新メンバーとして Karishma Asrani 氏が加わりました。また、理事会メンバーの就任に加え、Realtor of the Year には Bill Baldwin 氏が選ばれ、John Wolf Community Service Award は Russell Simmons 氏が受賞しました。2026年のHAR理事会は、HARが築いてきた強固な基盤をさらに発展させ、会員の皆さま、そしてヒューストン不動産コミュニティのために、引き続きリーダーシップ・協力・奉仕の精神をもって活動していくことを楽しみにしています。

December 18 was an important day at the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). Did you know that there are nearly 50,000 realtors in Houston who are members of HAR? Our association has a 23 member board of directors, elected by our members. Inside the 23 members is an executive committee consisting of 6 members. At the Realtor Celebration event, the new Chairwoman for 2026 was installed and the members of the executive line all moved up one spot. Theresa Hill will be the chairperson of HAR in 2026, followed by Kat Robinson in 2027. Susan is in line after Kat, then Troy Cothran, and the newest member of our executive team is Karishma Asrani. In addition to the Board of Directors getting installed, the Realtor of the Year was announced to be Bill Baldwin and the John Wolf Community Service Award went to Russell Simmons. The 2026 HAR Board of Directors is excited to continue building on HAR’s strong foundation and looks forward to another year of leadership, collaboration, and service to our members and the Houston real estate community.
