  • 案浦不動産 クリスマスパーティー

    パーティー、パーティー、さらにパーティー！先週はパーティーでとても忙しい週となりました。毎年恒例案浦不動産クリスマスパーティーは、I10沿いの610、ベルトウェイ 8 の間に位置する、地元経営のレストラン、KP’s Kitchenでの開催となりました。オーナーは、ロデオヒューストン国際委員会の2023年委員長であるランディ・ポーリーの兄弟であるケリー・ポーリーです。スーザンと真理子は 12月12日に開催された募金活動でランディとケリーに会い、今年のパーティーはKP’s Kitchenに決定しました。サイプレス、ケイティ、クリアレイクからエージェントを集め、シェフが選んだおまかせメニューをいただきました！シャルキュトリーボード、アーティチョークディップ、チキンフィンガー（私のお気に入り！）など、4〜5種類の前菜から始まり、リブ (お肉がこぼれるぐらい柔らかい!)、ハンバーガー、ホットチキンサンドイッチ、アジアサラダ サーモンのグリル添え、レッドフィッシュ、ローズマリー レモンチキン (とても美味しい！) などのメインコースをいただきました。サイドには、メイン州産のじゃがいもから作った自家製トリュフ フライドポテト (オススメの一品!)、芽キャベツ、カリフラワーと、とても豪華なブランチとなりました。また、デザートには、チーズケーキ、キーライムのタルト、アップルクランブルアラモード（絶品）をいただきました。今年一年を振り返り、来年に向けての目標を共有した後、ロブのオフィスに行き、新しい社員の写真を撮りました。悲しいことに、さまざまな理由で4人のエージェントが不在となりましたが、私たち5人とスーザンの長男である丈(丈、来月不動産免許の取得、頑張って!) は素晴らしい時間を共に過ごしました。皆さん、2023年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします！


    Parties, parties, and more parties! Last week was such a busy week for parties so we decided to add one more, our Annoura Realty Group company party! This year we had our get together at KP’s Kitchen, a locally owned restaurant off I-10, between 610 and Beltway 8. The owner is Kerry Pauly, the brother of Randy Pauly, the 2023 chairman for the International Committee for Rodeo Houston. Susan and Mariko met Randy and Kerry at a fundraiser on December 12 and decided KP’s Kitchen would be a central location for the Annoura Realty Group agents. Coming from Cypress, Katy, and Clear Lake, we met at this convenient location for a chef chosen set lunch. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We started off with 4-5 different appetizers such as the charcuterie board, artichoke dip, and chicken fingers (my favorite!). We then moved to multiple main courses to share, including the ribs (wow, excellent!), a burger, hot chicken sandwich, Asian salad with grilled salmon, redfish, rosemary lemon chicken (excellent). The side dishes included homemade truffle fries made from potatos from Maine (loved them!), brussel sprouts, and cauliflower. And, for desserts, we tried the Creme Fraiche Cheesecake, key lime tart, and the apple crumble ala mode (excellent). After we shared our reflections and goals, we went to Rob’s office to take some new company pictures! Sadly, we had four agents out for various reasons but the five of us plus Susan’s oldest son Joe (good luck, Joe, on getting your real estate license next month!), had a great time together. Cheers to 2023, everyone!

    年末が近づくと、今までの任務が終了し、新たな任務が開始することを示します。スーザンは、ヒューストンの全米女性不動産協会の会長としての役目が先週終了いたしました！ 2022年は、非常に忙しい年となりました。月次会議、月次イベント、計画、予算編成、マーケティング、旅行など、一年中ノンストップとなりました。メンバー向けに開催した、オープンデッキバスでのダウンタウンの歴史ツアー、このエリアの不動産をビジネスに組み込む方法をメンバーに教えるアパート探しクラス、経済プランニングクラス、ケンタッキーダービーなど様々なイベント満載の年となりました。ネットワーキングイベント、オクトーバーフェスト、さらにはシャルキュトリー作りのクラスまであります。私たちは、メンバー同士が仲良くなれるよう、ビジネスや人生にとって価値のあることを学ぶ機会を与えるために、面白くかつ有意義なイベントを考えることを重視しました。 12月 5日に、リサ・ユーレステが2023年会長の座を引き継ぎました。スーザンは就任式を主催し、新しい理事会と共に誓いを立てました。リサの来年の活躍、そしてヒューストンの女性不動産協会が今まで以上に活躍することを願います。

    While we near the end of the year, new responsibilities are around the corner and old responsibilities end. For Susan, serving as the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston finished last week! 2022 was an incredibly busy year leading this organization. Monthly meetings, monthly events, planning, budgeting, marketing, traveling. It was very non-stop the entire year. Some of the notable events we hosted for our members included a historical tour of downtown on an open deck bus, an apartment locating class to teach the members how to incorporate this area of real estate into their business, a financial planning class, a Kentucky Derby networking event, an Oktober Fest Networking event, and even a Charcuterie making class. We tried to think of interesting and meaningful events for our members to give them an opportunity to meet each other and to learn something valuable for their business and lives. On December 5, Susan’s President Elect, Lisa Eureste, took over the position of President for 2023. Susan conducted the installation and swore in the new board. We wish Lisa all the best for next year and hope for continued momentum for the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston!

  • ヒューストン不動産協会 就任式

    12月15日に、ヒューストン不動産業者協会の年次不動産業者祝賀イベントがヒューストンカントリークラブで開催されました。2022年の会長であるジェニファー・ウォーホブは、ヒューストン不動産協会を代表して1年間、ニュースや全米各地の会議に出席しました。また、今年の 8 月にスーザンを含む、新たに選出された取締役会、2023 年の新しい会長となるキャシー・トレビノと共に就任のお祝いをしました。取締役はHARのメンバー、50,000人によって選出されます。ポリシーの決断、メンバーに影響を与える問題などについて話し合うため、定期的に会議を行います。就任期間は2年間で、スーザンは力強いリーダー達と共に取締会の一員となることをとても光栄に思っています！

    Decemeber 15 was the Houston Association of Realtors annual Realtor Celebration Event. It took place at the Houston Country Club and celebrated the leadership of our 2022 Chairman, Jennifer Wauhob, who spent one year representing Houston Realtors on the news and at conferences all around the United States. We also celebrated the new 2023 Chairman, Cathy Trevino, who was installed with her Board of Directors, including Susan, who was newly elected in August of this year. Board of Directors are elected by the 50,000 members of HAR. The board will meet regularly to decide on policies and to discuss issues that affect the members. Each term is two years and Susan is super excited to be a part of this very amazing group of leaders!

    先週の金曜日、12月2日に、ローラは毎年恒例のクリスマス パーティーをテキサスのキーマにある彼女の自宅で開催しました。 クリアレイクショアーズは、海岸をテーマにしたかわいいお家が沢山あります。 ローラの大好きな祝日といえばクリスマス！彼女のお家は、お店なんかと比べ物にならないぐらいのデコレーションが豪華にされています。 本物のクリスマスツリーや飾り木など、なんと家中に全部で89本のクリスマスツリーがあります！チーム案浦はパーティーに参加し、多くの不動産業者の友人と楽しい時間を過ごしました。ローラ、誘ってくれてありがとう！

    Having a reliable lender is critical in our real estate business. One of our most trusted mortgage lenders is AMCAP Mortgage, Laura Haines. She is a local lender very familiar with working with our Japanese buyers. We like her because she is very communicative, answering her phone, text, and emails almost as quickly as Susan does! We also like her because she is trustworthy and competitive. When buyers say they are ready to buy a house, our first request is that they contact a local lender like Laura, so that the lender can assess their income and debt, and give out a a pre-approval letter.  This pre-approval letter will say how much of a house you can purchase (max purchase price) and will also say how much of a down payment you can afford. This is helpful for when we select houses to look at, to make sure they are within budget, and when we submit your offer, to prove to the seller that a lender has reviewed your finances and believes you can qualify for a loan.     Last Friday, Dec 2, Laura held her annual Christmas party at her beautiful home in Kemah, TX. The subdivision is called Clear Lake Shores and there are many cute coastal themed homes there. Laura loves Christmas and her house was decorated more beautifully than the most beautiful Christmas store! Can you believe throughout the house, including real trees and decoration trees, she has a total of 89 trees throughout the house!? It was so fun for Team Annoura to attend the party to meet so many other realtor friends at the same time. Thank you, Laura!
