先週の土曜日3月9日は「Track Madness ’24」シーズン開幕戦と呼ばれるイベントが開催された。攻はこのイベントをとても楽しみにしていたので、私たちは家族全員で見に行き、とても良い経験となりました！エコストック、レジェンド、レガシー、ブートレガー、アウトロー、ファクトリーストック、プロモディファイド、プロトラック、ナスカートなど、あらゆる種類のカーレースが開催されていました。休憩中にファンはドライバーたちと交流しました。

カーレースファンなら、NASCAR まで観戦に行く必要はありません。ここヒューストンのヒューストン モータースポーツ パークで、ぜひ楽しんでみてはいかがですか？

Last Saturday March 9 was an event called the “Track Madness ’24” season opener. Koh really wanted to go so we packed the boys and went to check it out. It was actually pretty exciting!  There were all kinds of car racing going on, including Eco Stocks, Legends, Legacy, Bootleggers, Outlaws, Factory Stocks, Pro Modifieds, Pro Trucks and NASKARTS. During the intermission, fans got to meet and greet with the drivers. 

If you are car racing fan, there’s no need to go to NASCAR to watch the action. There’s plenty of excitement right here in Houston at the Houston Motorsports Park!

Who is reading this newsletter and has little kids?  Who has never been to the Houston Rodeo?  The Houston Rodeo is one of the largest events in our city. It start last week on Feb 27 and it will end on March 17. There are so many things to see and do at NRG Park. If you want to go watch the rodeo, you can buy tickets online by the day. You select the entertainer who will be singing and with that ticket, you can enter the grounds and enter into the rodeo inside the NRG Stadium. The cheapest tickets (way up high!) are about $25. If you do not want to see the rodeo or the singer, you can simply buy a ‘Grounds Pass’ to enter the carnival and the NRG Center (where all the animals and shopping is).  A grounds pass is $20 for adults and $10 for kids and can be bought at the entrance. People with little kids may want to go check out NRG Center and the carnival. When our boys were small, we brought them every year and they loved it! Last week, HAR welcomed 20 AMPI realtor guests from Mexico for a special 3 day Mentorship Program. Guests in the day time met for seminars and classes to see how real estate is conducted in Houston. They got to learn about HAR as an organization and to see some of the benefits HAR provides its members. It was a perfect opportunity for our HAR global members to meet and network with these visitors. In the evening, our Mexican guests were treated to a Blake Shelton concert at the rodeo, a multi-course Peruvian dinner, a reception at King’s Ranch, a private party inside the Wine Garden, the ride of a lifetime on a firetruck inside the Rodeo’s Grand Entry, and a formal gala at the Bayou City Event Center. The guests had a great time and wonderful friendships were made and deepened. Congratulations to everyone involved in this successful event!

スーザンが一週間Rodeoのために大忙しのため、案浦家は常にロデオシーズンのは大忙しの季節です！笑　毎年恒例のため、今年も例外ではありませんでした。ヒューストン ロデオは 2 月 27 日に始まり、スーザンは部門副委員長を務める国際委員会で多忙な1週間を過ごしました。彼女の委員会は、AMPI の 20 名のメキシコ人不動産業者のグループを含む数千人の海外ゲストを歓迎しました。インターナショナル ラウンジでは、2 つのオープン バー、ランチとデザート、ライブ音楽など、あらゆる種類の楽しいアクティビティが毎日行われました。インターナショナル ラウンジでは、3 月 6 日水曜日に祝賀閉会パーティーが開催され、スーザンのボランティア活動は終了しました。春休みが始まり（今日から始まります）、この記事を書いている時点では、丈、サナ、ザックがいくつかのテキサス州立公園を訪れ、タイは友達と釣り旅行に行き、その後フリースタイル レスリングのトーナメントのためにアイオワに行くという計画です。スーザンと攻は、夫婦での時間を楽しむため、タークス・カイコス諸島へ向かっております。プロビデンシアレス島のグレース ベイ ビーチは、2022 年に世界一のビーチに選ばれたので、実際に見れることを楽しみにしています。グレース ベイ ビーチから徒歩 1 分の場所にスタジオに滞在予定で、楽しみです!ヒューストンから数日間離れてリフレッシュし、再び仕事に集中できることにとても興奮しています。次回のニュースレターで旅の様子をお知らせします！

The Annoura family is always affected by the rodeo season because Susan disappears for one week!  HAAAA! This year was no exception.  The Houston Rodeo started on February 27 and Susan was very busy with the international committee, where she serves as a Division Vice Chairman. Her committee welcomed thousands of international guests including a group of 20 Mexican realtors from AMPI! Every day in the international lounge was all kinds of fun activities, two open bars, lunch and dessert, live music, and more. The international lounge had their celebratory closing party on Wednesday March 6, concluding Susan’s volunteer duties. Spring Break is here (starts today) and at time of writing, the plan is for Joe, Sana, and Zach to visit a few Texas State Parks while Ty goes for a fishing trip and then to Iowa for a freestyle wrestling tournament. Susan and Koh should be on a plane to Turks and Caicos to spend some long overdue time together. Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales was voted the #1 beach IN THE WORLD in 2022 so we are going there to check it out! Got a studio 1 minute walk away from the Grace Bay Beach and can’t wait to see what it’s like! Super excited to get away from Houston for a few days to refresh and refocus.
