2023年のHAR取締役会の選挙が先週開始され、1週間の投票期間が本日で終了となります。ヒューストンの48,000人のメンバーを代表して、不動産協会メンバーのために今後における多くの規則やルールの変更などを行います。取締役会は、会社の規模（エージェントの数）と事務所の地区に基づいて選出されたメンバーで構成されています。 案浦不動産は9人のエージェントを抱えており、中規模企業カテゴリー（エージェント数5人から24人まで）に立候補しました。スーザンと案浦チームは先週１週間選挙キャンペーンを行いました。多くの人にどうして立候補したのかと質問されました。スーザンは全米不動産協会の将来をメンバーのためにより良いものにするため、貢献できたらと考えています。多くのエージェントの取締役会にアイデアを伝えたり、新たなアイデアで協会を変えるよう投票したり、選出されることはとても名誉なことであり、スーザンが業界に還元できる1つの方法だと考えています。選出された場合、スーザンは2年間の任期を務めます。受賞者は本日発表され、次のにゅーすれたーで結果報告します。候補者は以下よりご参照ください：www.har.com/election

It’s the final push!  The 2023 HAR Board of Directors election ends TODAY after one week of voting.  Representing Houston’s 48,000 realtors, the Board of Directors votes on and decides many of the rules and services that affect the members of the association. To be representative, the board consists of members who are elected based on the size of their firms (number of agents) and the geographic location of the agent’s office. Having 9 agents, Annoura Realty Group falls into the Medium Firms Category (agent count 5-24), so Susan is running in this category. Susan and her team campaigned ALL last week, at election party after election party, asking for votes. Asked WHY she is running? Quite simply, Susan cares about the future of the realtor community and wants to contribute however she can. Whether it be to convey ideas from her colleagues to the board, or voting with the board to affect change, being elected to this position by her peers would be an honor and ultimately, is one way she can give back to her industry. If elected, Susan would serve a 2 year term. Winners will be announced today and we will let you know how it goes in our next edition! 案浦チームは6月も忙しく終える結果となりました！フェイスとスーザンは、非常に人気のあるボニーブレイ6プレックス内に賃貸用ユニットを市場へ出しました。 1日以内に6件の閲覧リクエストがあり、フェイスはオープンハウスを開催し（賃貸のために！）、すでに申込書をもらいました。一方、町の反対側ではスーザンとミックはゲート付き住宅内に賃貸用のタウンホームを市場へ出しました。このタウンホームは、ケイティで良い学校へ行くため家を購入した過去のクライアントが所有しています。メモリアルでは、7月1日に非常にトレンディなマッキンリーアパートに新しい日本人駐在員を迎えました。更に7月4日に新しい家族が到着し、ポー小学校とラニエ中学校の組み合わせが大人気の、グリーンブライアーアパートメンツの地区に引っ越します。先週、日本の札幌からレーンズボローアパートに若い歯科医もお迎えしました。彼はUTヘルスで12か月のプリセプターシップを行います。そしてスーザンはセカンドホームを望んでいた過去のクライアントのために、ギャラリアの中心部にある家具付きのとても素敵な2ベッドルームコンドミニアムの成約もしました。ナンはケイティで、販売と賃貸の両方で家を次々とクロージングし続けています。来週、スーザンとマリコは更に6つのコンドミニアムの成約予定です。これは、日本投資家が売主となる国際取引となります。最後になりましたが、新しく案浦不動産に迎えた2人のエージェント、カルメンとソルジオは、ガルベストンの土地をすでに契約を完了させました！こんな忙しい中チームは不動産ソーシャルイベントと、地元のお気に入りのローン会社であるAMCAPMortgageのローラ・ハインズと一緒にTommy’sで集まることもできました！

Wrapping up June, Team Annoura has been busy! Fayth and Susan listed a unit for lease  inside the very popular Bonnie Brae 6-plex. Within 1 day, we had 6 requests to view. Fayth held an open house (yes, for a lease!) and is already working on an application. Meanwhile across town, Mik and Susan listed a townhome for lease inside the gated Steeplechase complex. This townhome is owned by a past client who bought a house in Katy and will move there because of the good schools. Over in Memorial, we welcomed a new expat into the very trendy McKinley Apartments on July 1. We have a new family arriving on July 4 who will move into the District at Greenbriar Apartments because of the very popular Poe Elementary + Lanier Middle School combination. Last week we welcomed a young dentist from Sapporo, Japan to the Lanesborough Apartments, where he will do a 12 month Preceptorship at UT Health. In the heart of the Galleria, Susan closed on the sale of a super nice 2 bedroom condo, fully furnished, for some past clients who wanted a second home. Nan continues to close house after house, both for sale and lease, in Katy. Coming up next week, Susan and Mariko will be closing on the sale of their next 6 condo units, another international closing with our seller in Japan. Last but not least, our two newest agents, Carmen and Sergio, already have their first deal under contract, a piece of land in Galveston! With everything going on, the team was able to get together twice for some drinks and bonding. One was at the Real Estate Social event and one at Tommy’s with our favorite local lender, Laura Haines of AMCAP Mortgage.

本格的な夏が始まり、多くの海外駐在員がヒューストンに移住する季節となりました。案浦不動産はそんな皆様からご連絡いただきとても嬉しいばかりです！多くのお客様からは、モデラフラッツ、ヴァンテージメッドセンター、レーンズボロ、ディストリクトアットグリーンブライアー、アスパイアポストオークなどの場所が大人気です。また、前回お話ししたホテル在住中のCEOのお二人もついに新居を発見し、無事契約完了となりました。販売面では、案浦不動産のエージェントであるシャンテル・ルッカーがダブルクロージングを行いました。フレンズウッドで家を売り、翌日、新しい家の購入のお手伝いをしました。その間、真理子はタウンホーム購入のお手伝いをしました。スーザンと真理子は、日本の投資家が所有するコンドミニアムユニット6件をヒューストンの別の投資家に売却するお手伝いをしました。 7月中旬には次の6つのコンドミニアムを販売し、さらに5つのコンドミニアムを販売するための新しい物件も取得しました！エージェント1人1人が多くの取引を行い、皆様のサポートに感謝するばかりです！購入、売却、賃貸、投資を希望する方、是非弊社までお問い合わせください!!海外にお住まいの投資家のためにも問題ありません！リモートオンラインクロージングも可能です。

We are so grateful that they have found Annoura Realty to help them find their housing! One by one our clients are arriving and moving in at places such as Modera Flats, Vantage Med Center, and Lanesborough, as well as District at Greenbriar and Aspire Post Oak. We also FINALLY moved in two CEO’s who had been in hotels waiting for good inventory to pop up. On the sale side, Annoura Realty agent Shantel Looker had a double closing, helping one client sell their home in Friendswood and then turn around and close on their new home purchase one day later! Meanwhile, Mariko helped a new buyer purchase a townhome investment property. And, speaking of investments, Susan and Mariko helped an investor in Japan sell her 6 condo units to a different investor in Houston. Coming up in mid-July, Susan and Mariko will sell their next 6 condos and they also picked up a new listing to sell 5 more! There are so many transactions going in, we are so blessed!  If you know anyone wanting to buy, sell, lease, or invest, please tell them to contact us!! We handles remote online closings as well, in case the buyer or seller is in Japan, it’s not problem!  With the summer now in full swing, we have many international expats moving to Houston.
