    3月23日は不動産ソーシャルイベントが２回ありました！最初のイベントはウェストハイマーのウェストエンドで開催され、ヒューストンの女性不動産評議会がスポンサーとして参加しました。不動産業界における様々な会社が集まり、クレジットについて勉強し、授業の後はみんなでハッピーアワーを楽しむイベントを開催しました。とても良い天候となり、参加した人たちはローン会社やタイトル会社、住宅保証会社、不動産会社とお話をしながら食事とお酒を楽しみました。2つ目のイベントは、ワシントンアベニューにあるシュガールーム (Sugar Room)という今話題のバーで開催され、案浦チーム一同で参加しました。こちらでもまた業界内の各会社の人たちと出会い、色々なことを学ぶことができました。競争率の高い市場である今だからこそ、成功する取引を行う秘訣は他の会社やエージェントとの関係にあります。多くの場合は適切なローン会社の選択、より安い手数料とより良い利息でお客様のコストダウンをすることが重要視されます。物件の購入・売却を検討している方は、必ず案浦不動産まで連絡することをお忘れずに！

    March 23 we had a DOUBLE real estate social!  The first one was held at The West End on Westheimer and the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston was a sponsor. Industry vendors and realtors came together for a class on credit repair plus a networking happy hour.  The weather was perfect and our guests enjoyed cocktails and food while getting to know lenders, title companies, home warranty companies, and realtors from various different brokerages.  Following this, Team Annoura visited one more real estate social, this one on Washington Avenue at the hot spot known as the Sugar Room. It was fun meeting and learning from others in the industry. Successful transactions are based on relationships, especially in this hot market when knowing the other agent may be the difference between getting the deal or not.  Knowing the right lender is often the difference between making it to closing or not, or saving the client a few dollars with cheaper fees and better rates. Don’t forget- if you are considering to buy a home, be sure to call us first!

    この2週間、ダイキンから新しい駐在員さんをメモリアルエリアの高級マンションへお引越しのお手伝いをしました。 また案浦物件には、同じ通りにクラレからと、サンヨーケミカルの駐在員の方のお引越しのお手伝いをいたしました。 日本からの医師を医療センターに位置する、豪華な高層ビルへのお引っ越しもお手伝いさせていただきました。 上場側では、賃貸用に2戸、販売用に1戸、合計3戸の住宅を市場に出しました。 賃貸住宅はベイグレン（クリアレイク）にあり、売り家はフレンズウッドオンシュガーバーにあります。  2つの賃貸住宅は入居者募集中ですが（家賃2000ドルと2250ドル）、売却物件は金曜日に市場に出し、3日間合計で31回物件ツアーの予約があり、火曜日（4日後）に契約を結ぶ結果となりました。さらに今週には、ブリタニーレイクスで賃貸物件を市場に出す予定です。 また、売りに出される可能性が高いベイグレンの家の準備も行っています。 乞うご期待！ セール面では、真理子は今週ビーチシティの家の購入が完了します！ 賃貸可能な2つの家を確認するには、www.har.com/46993877とwww.har.com/60586644をチェックしてください。

    This past two weeks we welcomed a new expat from Daikin to a luxury apartment in the Memorial Area. We also had two move-ins on the same street, one expat from Kuraray and another from Sanyo Chemical. Finally, we welcomed a doctor from Japan to a luxury highrise in the medical center.  On the listing side, we brought three homes to market, two for lease and one for sale.  The lease homes are both in Bay Glen (Clear Lake) and the home for sale is in Friendswood on Sugar Bars. While the two lease homes are still available (one for $2000 and one for $2250), the home on Sugar Bars went on the market on Friday, had 31 showings in three days, and went under contract on Tuesday (four days later).  We’ll be listing one more for lease this week, in Brittany Lakes.  We are also doing make ready on a house in Bay Glen that will most likely be for sale.  Stay tuned!     2022年の最初の不動産ソーシャルイベントに案浦チームも参加し、多くの不動産業者や業界の方々との交流を楽しみました。Riverway Titleが主催するこちらのイベント、いろいろな不動産業者達が皆のビジネスをサポートするためのアイディアやどのようにチームで活動するかなどを聞く良い機会となりました。新しくモバイル公証人との出会いもありました。お客様でモバイル公証人が必要な場合は、ご連絡ください。こちらのモバイル公証人は州より認定されており、どこにいてもその場で文書を公証することが可能です。書類の締めくくりから弁護士の権限、さらには雇用の手紙までお客様のもとへ直接運転し、必要書類の公証を行います。多忙な方にはとても便利なサービスです！

    Team Annoura met up with many other realtors and industry professionals at the first Real Estate Social event of 2022.  It was hosted by Riverway Title and it was a good opportunity to meet some new contacts, hear what other realtors have been doing to boost business, and to have a productive team meeting! One new contact we met is a mobile notary. So if anyone needs anything notarized, we now know who to call.  This mobile notary is certified by the state and will go to wherever you are, then notarize your documents right on the spot. Closing documents, power of attorneys, even employment letters, he can drive right to you and notarize your documents. How convenient!

    12月は、仕事、パーティー、クリスマスカード、年末の税務処理、そして就任式で非常に忙しい月となりました。 12月7日、スーザンはヒューストン・ダウンタウンの屋上で行われた、ヒューストンの全米女性不動産協会協会加入者評議会の会長として任命されました。この組織は活躍している不動産エージェントのネットワークであり、主に業界内で活躍する女性リーダーを中心に社会へ貢献する組織です。全米主要都市にネットワークを持つ全国組織であり、スーザンは2022年ヒューストン組織会長として、女性不動産業者向けのイベントなどの企画いたします！

    December has been a super busy month of work, parties, Christmas cards, end of the year tax planning, and installations. On December 7th, Susan was installed as the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston at a rooftop ceremony in downtown Houston. This organization is a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities they serve.  It is a national organization with networks in every major city.  Susan will serve with her executive board in 2022 and will help organize events and opportunities for women realtors!

    The Womens Council of Realtors is a national organization of women realtors with networks in every city.  Houston is such a large city with so many different suburbs that Houston actually has six networks! In 2022, Susan Annoura will serve as the President of the Houston Network. Alongside her executive board, the Womens Council of Realtors Houston has all kinds of great events planned for their members including their kickoff event January 31, 2022 with Houston Association of Realtors President/CEO Bob Hale and Stewart Title’s SVP Chief Economist, Ted Jones.
