    通常、１０月は不動産業にとっては落ち着いた月となりますが、今年の10月はとても忙しいです！今月は、数人の日本人医師とご家族がメディカルセンター付近へのお引越しのお手伝いをさせていただきました。ほとんどの方々がMDアンダーソンまたはベイラー医科大学で研究または博士号取得後のお仕事をしています。ヒューストンに来る前に、弊社がアパート賃貸のお手伝いが可能なことをご存知ですか？さらに、エアマットレスなどのレンタル、冷蔵庫や食品準備など、部屋の準備を整えるお手伝いもさせていただいております。こちらは、空港に到着後、Uberで直接アパートへ行くことが可能だからです。アパート到着後、事務所から鍵を受け取り、ホテルを借りることなく住み始めることができます。弊社のサービスを必要としている人をご存知であれば、是非弊社までご連絡お願いいたします。日本人駐在員の方を日本語でサポートさせていただきます。

    October is typically a slower month for real estate, but this October we are BUSY! We’ve helped several Japanese doctors and their families settle down in the medical center area this month. Most are coming to research or do post doc work at MD Anderson or Baylor College of Medicine. Did you know that we can help newcomers lease their apartments before they even come to Houston? In addition, our team will set up an air mattress, stock the refrigerator and pantry, and get the room all ready so that all you have to do is land at IAH Bush Airport and take an Uber directly to your apartment.  From there, you can pick up your keys from the leasing office and immediately start living in your new home.  Skip the hotel and save money!
