Realtor Celebration

2月18日は、ヒューストン不動産協会にとって重要な一日でした。HARには、ヒューストン地域で活動する約5万人のリアルターが会員として所属していることをご存じでしょうか。HARには、会員によって選出された23名の理事（Board of Directors）がおり、その中から6名で構成されるエグゼクティブ・コミッティが設けられています。今回の Realtor Celebration イベントでは、2026年の新チェアウーマンが就任し、エグゼクティブラインのメンバー全員が一段階ずつ昇格しました。Theresa Hill 氏が2026年のHAR会長に就任し、2027年は Kat Robinson 氏が続きます。その後には Susan、続いて Troy Cothran 氏が控えており、エグゼクティブチームの最新メンバーとして Karishma Asrani 氏が加わりました。また、理事会メンバーの就任に加え、Realtor of the Year には Bill Baldwin 氏が選ばれ、John Wolf Community Service Award は Russell Simmons 氏が受賞しました。2026年のHAR理事会は、HARが築いてきた強固な基盤をさらに発展させ、会員の皆さま、そしてヒューストン不動産コミュニティのために、引き続きリーダーシップ・協力・奉仕の精神をもって活動していくことを楽しみにしています。

December 18 was an important day at the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). Did you know that there are nearly 50,000 realtors in Houston who are members of HAR? Our association has a 23 member board of directors, elected by our members. Inside the 23 members is an executive committee consisting of 6 members. At the Realtor Celebration event, the new Chairwoman for 2026 was installed and the members of the executive line all moved up one spot. Theresa Hill will be the chairperson of HAR in 2026, followed by Kat Robinson in 2027. Susan is in line after Kat, then Troy Cothran, and the newest member of our executive team is Karishma Asrani. In addition to the Board of Directors getting installed, the Realtor of the Year was announced to be Bill Baldwin and the John Wolf Community Service Award went to Russell Simmons. The 2026 HAR Board of Directors is excited to continue building on HAR’s strong foundation and looks forward to another year of leadership, collaboration, and service to our members and the Houston real estate community.
