I heard about a brand new apartment in 77079 (west Memorial) and I decided to go check it out. The name is called The Watt and the interesting thing is that it is located in the Energy Corridor near the BP and Conoco Phillips buildings. It actually USED TO BE an office building that has been converted into an apartment building since many people now work from home and office space was sitting empty. The concept is modern, the ceilings are open so that you can see the duct work and have high ceilings, the gym has state of the art machines, and the rooms are all very, very spacious! I am excited to show the building to our newest expats if they are looking for a solid building between Houston and Katy. A two bedroom is around $3300 but right now they are brand new so they are running a 2 months free special!
