AnnouraRealtyから、とても嬉しいニュースです。先週、弊社としてこれまででも最大級となる取引の一つを無事に成約することができました。今回は日系企業の現地法人様による、倉庫2棟およびオフィスビル1棟の売却をお手伝いさせていただきました。案浦不動産にとって、過去1年にわたり現地CEOの方ならびにスタッフの皆様とご一緒し、安全かつ力強くクロージングまで進めることができましたことを大変光栄に思っております。売買案件ではそのほかにも、スーザンが泰の高校時代のレスリング仲間のご家族のお住まい探しをお手伝いし、お気に入りのウォーターフロント物件を見つけていただくことができました。現在、DavidさんとLaceyさんの案件は無事に契約下に入り、この原稿執筆時点ではインスペクションが行われています。また、LarryさんとCindy C.さんは月曜日に新築住宅のbuilderorientationに参加され、建築マネージャーとの確認も行いました。こちらの物件は以前モデルホームとして使用されていたこともあり、すでにほぼ完璧な仕上がりで、ブルーテープウォークもとても短時間で済みました。ビルダーのK.Hovnanian社、そして担当セールスのShelbyさんにも心より感謝申し上げます。さらに売買関連では、スーザンと真理子が日系投資家のお客様によるClearLake・BayGlenの投資用住宅の売却をお手伝いしており、明日のクロージングを目標に順調に進んでおります。加えて、いつもお世話になっているお気に入りのHVACベンダー様のご売却案件では、Marioさんのウォーターフロント・コンドミニアムも今後数週間以内のクロージングに向けて予定どおり進行中です。賃貸案件につきましても、SusanとMarikoは現在、Hitachi、ClassNK、Marubeni、DaiwaEnergy、Itochu、Kobelcoからヒューストンへ来られる皆様のお手伝いで大忙しです。一方で稔は、ANAからお越しのお客様にぴったりのお部屋を見つけることができました。また、Daikinの駐在員のお客様お二人も、無事にお部屋の申込みが承認され、現在は入居日を待っていらっしゃいます。3月は毎年、駐在の方々の赴任・帰任が重なるため、特に忙しい時期となります。そして「赴任」といえば、先週はNipponChemical（ENEOS）の秋山社長をお見送りいたしました。秋山様は東京へ戻られ、今後は日本でお仕事を続けられます。こちらをお読みの皆様のまわりで、ヒューストンへのご転居予定の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ案浦不動産をご紹介ください！案浦チーム一同、いつでも喜んでお手伝いさせていただきます。
In extremely exciting Annoura Realty news, we closed one of our largest transactions to date last week! We represented a Japanese subsidiary in the sale of two or their warehouses and one office building. It was such an honor for AnnouraRealty to work with the local CEO and staff over the past ONE YEAR to get them safely and strongly to the closing table. In other sale news, Susan helped one of Ty’s high school wrestling friend’s family find their favorite waterfront home. We are now under contract for David and Lacey, with the inspections taking place at the time of this writing. Meanwhile, Larry and Cindy C. met with their construction manager for their builder orientation on Monday with a very short blue tape walk because the house, which used to be a model home, was almost already perfect! A friendly thank you to the builder, K.Hovnanian and our salesperson, Shelby! In other sales news, Susan and Mariko are representing a Japanese investor in the sale of his Clear Lake investment house in Bay Glen with a targeted close date of tomorrow 🙂 And, representing our favorite HVAC vendor as a seller, Mario is still on track to close on his waterfront condo in the coming weeks. On the lease front, Susan and Mariko are super busy to help several newcomers from Hitachi, Class NK, Marubeni, Daiwa Energy, Itochu, and Kobelco, while Mik has found the perfect unit for our client from ANA. Two Daikin expats are waiting for their move in dates, after successfully applying for their units. March is always exceptionally busy because of all the expats coming and going. And speaking of going, we bid farewell to the Nippon Chemical (ENEOS) CEO last week, Mr. Akiyama. He headed back to Tokyo to continue his job there.
