ヒューストン不動産協会、今年初となる国際諮問グループ会議が 1月8日月曜日に開催されました。今年の議長はスーザンの親友の 1 人であるパイウス ドーソンです。パイウス氏は、ヒューストンでの国際パートナーの受け入れ、海外ミッション旅行への参加、ヒューストンでのCIPS保持者の増加など、世界の最前線でHARに関する多くの大きな計画を立てています。最初の会議で、 HARの社長兼 CEO であるボブ・ヘイルを招待し、HAR に関連する全ての事柄についてグループに最新情報の提供しました。現在の掲載されている物件情報は日本語を含む多くの外国語で翻訳され聞くことができる様になりました。会員特典として、HAR はすべての会員に、Inman Select、Real Estate news、RISMedia の 3 つの不動産ニュース 購読サービスを提供しています。ヒューストンでは、HAR.com が家探しの最大の情報源であることをご存知ですか？人々がzillow.comやhomes.comを利用する他の市場とは異なり、ヒューストンでは物件探しの情報収集に最適なのはhar.comです。 2023 年のリスティングの総閲覧数は、なんと 4 億 4,6014,531 回に達しました。ヒューストンに移住する外国人のトップ3 はメキシコ、インド、中国です。

The Houston Association of Realtors first Global Advisory Group meeting was held on Monday January 8. This year’s chair is one of Susan’s best friends, Pius Dawson! Pius has many big plans for HAR on the global front including hosting international partners in Houston, participating in outbound missions trips, and increasing the number of CIPS designees in Houston. At the first meeting, Pius invited Bob Hale, President and CEO of HAR, to update the group on all things related to HAR: Listing descriptions can now be heard in many foreign languages, including Japanese! As a member benefit, HAR gives all of its members subscriptions to three real estate news services: Inman Select, Real Estate news, and RISMedia. Our next big event will be at the end of February when we invite members of AMPI Global to Houston for a few days of networking, education, home stay, and entertainment. The dates will coincide with the Houston Rodeo, so we will be bringing them to the rodeo in the evenings to show them some Houston culture as well!
