The Womens Council of Realtors is kicking off their first event of the year on January 31, 2022.  It will take place at Maggiano’s Little Italy on Post Oak in the Galleria. Our speaker will be a well known economist, the chief economist at Stewart Title, Ted Jones. The economic forecast is always an interesting event to attend because we can hear what the year may bring. Word is that interest rates will be on the rise and that the (almost absurd) supply problem is forcing prices higher and higher in the Houston market to levels never seen before.
