ヒューストンでの住宅価格が高値の新記録を更新している中、全米の住宅価格も上昇しています。現在の中央値は、わずか1年前と比較し、14.8％上昇した$391,200と記録されました。Zillowによると住宅価格の上昇にもかかわらず、4月も相変わらず競争が激しく、住宅価格の年間成長率は昨年から20.9％上昇したと発表しました。価格が上昇しているだけでなく、金利も昨年8月の3％と比べると、今週すでに5.45％まで急上昇しています。ヒューストンでは、2022年4月に記録された販売価格の中央値は$343,990、平均販売価格が$426,061でした。2021年4月と比較して16.6％と14.9％の増加が見られます。

Not only are prices of Houston homes at record highs, but also are the prices of homes across the U.S.  The median price for an existing home was recorded as $391,200, up 14.8% from just one year ago. Despite rising home costs, Zillow reported that the housing market was a competitive as ever in April, with annual home value growth up 20.9% from last year. Not only are prices rising, but interest rates are jumping up, from 3% this past August to already 5.45% this week.  Here in Houston, would you believe that the median sales price recorded in April 2022 was $343,990 and the average sales price was $426,061?  That’s a gain of 16.6% and 14.9% when compared with April of 2021.
