案浦家最新情報

案浦家では沢山の行事で忙しい2週間となりました。最年長の丈はまだ日本福岡外国語大学で日本語を勉強しています。彼の日本語の授業は月曜日から金曜日の午後1時30分から午後5時 30分まで、午前中はティーチングアシスタントとして英語を教えています。仕事の後、彼はオフブロードウェイというバーか、博多ベイサイドプレイスのカフェでアルバイトに行きます。ザカリーは博多小学校（攻の母校です！）に通い、毎日頑張っているようです。学校では水泳の授業が始まり、彼は自分が一番泳ぎが速いと言っていました。そして、7月15日午前4時59分開催予定の大祭に向けて山笠の練習も開始しました。ザックは6月14日に11歳の誕生日を日本で迎えました。攻は運転免許証の更新と両親の仮設賃貸住宅への引っ越しを手伝うため6月13日に日本へ一時帰国しました。彼の実家は来週取り壊し予定で、案浦家は両親と将来の世代のために建て直し計画を開始します！攻が日本にいる間に建築家や建設業者と会う予定で、計画全ての同意を完了させます。一方、アメリカに残った次男　泰は、海軍兵学校の夏季体験キャンプで 1 週間過ごすためにメリーランド州に行きました。とても良い経験ができたようです！2 日間帰省し、その後さらに1週​​間テキサス州オースティンへ向かい、ボーイズ ステートと呼ばれる高校のイベントに参加しました。最後となりますが、スーザン攻は6月11日に結婚29周年を祝い、レイクチャールズへ一泊旅行へ行きました！家族全員にとって、とても忙しい夏となりました。皆様も是非夏休み楽しんでください！

So many things have happened in the past two weeks for our family. Our oldest, Joe, is still in Japan, studying Japanese at the Fukuoka Foreign Language College. His Japanese classes are Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 5:30, and he teaches English as a teaching assistant in the mornings. After work, he goes to a part-time job either at a bar called Off Broadway or a café at Hakata Bayside Place. Zachary started Hakata Elementary School (Koh’s elementary school!) and seems to be hanging in there. At school, they started swimming class and he claims to be the fastest swimmer! His class also just started Yamakasa practice, as they gear up for the big festival on July 15 at 4:59 AM. Zach celebrated his 11th birthday on June 14. Koh also went to Japan on June 13 to renew his drivers license and to help his parents move to a temporary rental home. His old family home will be demolished next week and the Annouras plan to build a new family home for his parents and future generations. Koh will be meeting with the architect and builder while in Japan. Meanwhile, back in the United States, Ty went to Maryland to spend one week at the United States Naval Academy, summer experience camp. He loved it! He came back for two days, then left for one more week to Austin, Texas to participate in a high school event called Boys State. A final bit of news is that Susan and Koh celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary on June 11 with a quick overnight trip to Lake Charles!
