案浦不動産ニュースでは、今回も大忙しの2週間となりました！スーザンはHAR Strategic Leadership Conferenceのため3日間ガルベストンへ出張し、戻ってからはすぐに物件案内で大忙し。リピーターのお客様MarybethとKenは、より広く、水辺の暮らしを楽しめるお家を探しており、一緒にBayou Vista、Omega Bay、そして現在お住まいのGrand Cay Harbourでも物件を見て回りました。現在は、湾を一望できる素晴らしい景色のお家を検討中です。一方、ChuckとEsther、ご成約おめでとうございます！私たちの大切なお客様Hiroko Kobayashiの義理のお姉様ご夫妻が、金曜日にFirethorne Westのお家を無事にクロージングされました。売主様がとても丁寧に管理されていたお家で、暖炉から階段の手すりまでさまざまなアップグレードが施されていました。さらにスーザンの交渉により、インターネットやYouTubeも楽しめる最新型冷蔵庫、エアホッケー台、フーズボールテーブル、そしてプロジェクター、スクリーン、リクライニング式シアターソファまで揃ったホームシアターなど、たくさんの設備も含めていただくことができました！明日はOrchard Mountainのクロージングを予定しており、同じ日にプロの写真が完成次第、Parkerご夫妻が現在お住まいの運河沿いのお家も売り出す予定です。賃貸では、真理子がClear LakeでJAXAのお客様のご契約を無事に完了し、MemorialではリピーターのInpexのお客様のご契約も完了しました。スーザンは、MD Andersonで勤務予定の新しい日本人医師、そして日本総領事館に新しく赴任される職員の方のお住まい探しをサポート中です。攻とスーザンはそれぞれKurarayの駐在員の方々を担当し、お一人はより広いお家へのお引越し、もう一組は初めてヒューストンへ赴任されるご家族のお住まい探しをお手伝いしています。今後も新たにヒューストンへいらっしゃるお客様が数組控えています！また、Olive Greenの売出物件は新しい屋根を設置するため一旦マーケットから取り下げていますが、Riverviewの物件は引き続き販売中で、先日価格を改定しました。Westchase周辺でお家をお探しの方をご存じでしたら、ぜひこちらの物件もチェックしてみてください: www.har.com/85297820。いつも案浦不動産を信頼し、大切な不動産のお手伝いをお任せいただいている皆様、本当にありがとうございます！
In Annoura Realty news, things were extremely busy. Susan spent three days in Galveston for her HAR Strategic Leadership Conference, then returned into a whirlwind of showings. Repeat clients Marybeth and Ken are on the hunt for a home with more room and they love being on the water. So, together we checked out homes in Bayou Vista, Omega Bay, and right back to their own street in Grand Cay Harbour. Right now we are considering a home with a spectacular view of the bay. Meanwhile, Chuck and Esther, congratulations to you! The sister in law of our beloved Hiroko Kobayashi closed on their Firethorne West home on Friday. The seller took immaculate care of the home and it was updated with lots of bells and whistles from the fireplace to the stair rails. Susan negotiated lots of extras including a state of the art refrigerator with internet and Youtube, an air hockey table, foosball table, and home theater with projection, screen, and reclining theater sofa seats! Coming up tomorrow we are slated to close on Orchard Mountain, and on the same day, we plan to bring to market the Parkers current canal front home as soon as professional pictures come back. On the leasing side of things, Mariko wrapped up our JAXA client’s lease in Clear Lake as well as a repeat Inpex client in Memorial. Susan is working with a new Japanese doctor who will work at MD Anderson as well as a new admin for the Japanese Consulate. Koh and Susan both worked with Kuraray expats, one sizing up to a bigger home, and one new family coming for the first time. On the horizon, we have several new folks headed our way and while our Olive Green listing was withdrawn from the market to get a new roof put on, our Riverview listing is still available and just reduced in price.
