    2022年はボランティア活動が充実した年となりました！スーザンはヒューストン女性不動産協会の会長を務め、真理子は秘書を務めました。中間会議のためにワシントン DC 、年次会議のためにフロリダ州オーランドに出席しました。また、フォートワースで開催されたテキサス会議にも出席しました。年間を通じて、資金を調達し、メンバーのためにイベントを計画しました。 1 月の経済予測イベントから始まり、今年最後のイベントである先週のシャルキュトリーの芸術イベントまで沢山の人と関わる機会ができました。 2022年12月5日には2023年会長リサ・ユーレステが就任し、スーザンの管理と責任は終わりを迎えます。女性不動産協会は、女性の不動産業者を支援し、奨励する全国組織です。私の街に貢献できたことを光栄に思います。2022年執行委員会、リサ・ユーレステ、藤田　真理子、メリー・ネッド、ジェーン・バード、ロブ・アーノルドに感謝の意を表したいと思います。皆、本当にありがとう！

    2022 was an abundant year for volunteering! Susan served as the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston President and Mariko served as the First Vice President. They traveled to several conferences including the Washington DC for the mid-year meetings and to Orlando, FL for the annual conference. In between, they also attended the Texas Conference in Fort Worth.  All throughout the year, the executive board raised money and planned events for the members. Starting in January with an Economic Forecast event until last week’s Art of Charcuterie event, which was our final event of the year. Susan’s administration and responsibilities comes to an end, as our President Elect Lisa Eureste takes over and is installed with her new board on December 5, 2022. The Women’s Council of Realtors is a national organization supporting and encouraging women realtors. It has been an honor to serve my city and I would like to say a special thank you to my super hard working executive board: Lisa Eureste, Mariko Fujita, Mary Ned, Jane Byrd, and Rob Arnold. What an experience that was!

  • 女性不動産協会、全米不動産協会　年間会議 – フロリダ州オーランド

    全米不動産協会と全米女性不動産業協会は、11月10日から13日までフロリダ州オーランドで年次会議を開催しました。スーザンと真理子は、ヒューストンの女性不動産協会代表し会議に出席し、同時に進行中の 全米不動産協会会議に参加しました。私たちのヒューストン ネットワークが認定ネットワークを今年も達成したことは、非常に喜ばしい経験となりました。また、真理子が国際不動産スペシャリストの資格を取得し、スーザンに認定のためのピンをされたことも感激的なイベントとなりました。 更に、テキサス州不動産業者が全米不動産協会からグローバル カウンシルのプラチナ ステータスを取得したことは、とても思い出に残り経験となりました。ヒューストン不動産協会は、最高の評価であるダイヤモンド ステータスを維持することが出来、新旧を問わず、沢山の友人との再会もできました。全米不動産はメンバーやゲストへの追加のプラスとして、一晩中ユニバーサル スタジオを貸切にしてくれました。待ち時間が少なく乗り物に乗ることが出来て楽しかったです。Cubra Libra でのアフター パーティーで私たちをおもてなししてくれた Christopher Gill と、ユニバーサル スタジオやその先で私たちと一緒に遊んでくれたオランダからのゲストのみんなに感謝の言葉しか出てきません。日本からの代表団と一緒に時間を過ごすように私を招待してくれたマーク・キタバヤシとヒロコ・ニシカワ・ナウマン、本当にありがとうございました！今年も素晴らしい会議となりました！

    The National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors held their annual conference in Orlando, FL from Nov 10-13.  Susan and Mariko travelled with Houston’s executive board for the Women’s Council of Realtors to attend meetings and to take part in the NAR conference going on at the same time. It was exciting for our Houston network to receive a plaque for achieving Certified Network status. It was also exciting for Mariko to achieve her Certified International Property Specialist designation and to be pinned by Susan. A third exciting achievement was for Texas Realtors to receive Platinum Status for outstanding Global Councils from NAR. Houston Association of Realtors retained their Diamond Status, which is the highest possible recognition to receive. We met so many friends, old and new, and NAR did a fantastic job of organizing meetings and classes, and as an added plus to the members and guests, they rented out Universal Studios for an entire evening for us to ride the roller coasters and experience all kinds of thrills! A quick shout out to Christopher Gill for treating us to an after party at Cubra Libra and to the visitors from the Netherlands NVM who hung out with us at Universal Studios and beyond. Thank you Mark Kitabayashi and Hiroko Nishikawa Naumann for inviting me to spend some time with the delegation from Japan. It was truly a fantastic convention!

  • 2022年　AMPI 会議

    メキシコでは不動産業を営むために不動産免許を持つ必要がないため、不動産を購入する場合は注意が必要です。不動産を購入する場合は、AMPI のメンバーであるエージェントを使用することを強くお勧めします。 AMPI は、経験豊富で倫理規定を遵守する不動産専門家のためのメキシコにおける不動産協会です。 約 5000 人のメンバーがおり、毎年Congresoと呼ばれる年次会議を開催しています。会議は毎年違う市で開催され、2018年からヒューストン不動産協会はグローバル委員会の会長を出席させています。スーザンは 2018 年に会長を務めたため、メキシコのオアハカで開催された最初の会議に出席しました。翌年、元案浦不動産のエージェントであるパイアスが会長を務めたため、スーザンと共にサンルイスポトシで開催された会議に出席しました。 2020年はCOVIDのため中止、2021年、スーザンは今回はタンピコで再び出席しました。何年にもわたって、スーザンはメキシコ全土の不動産業者と素晴らしい関係を築いてきました。また、毎年参加している他のアメリカの不動産業者とも素晴らしい関係を築いてきました。今年は、10月12日から14日にティファナで開催されました。約10人、テキサス州不動産業者のグループがサンディエゴに飛び、国境を越えてティファナへ訪れました。沢山のネットワーキング イベント、博覧会、および会議に参加しました。国際代表団に出席したのは、2021 NAR会長の Charlie Opplerでした。非常に有益な国際ネットワーキングイベントを主導しました。豪華なパーティーや夕食会、そして最後に祝賀会がありました。これらの国際会議を通じて、国際的なつながりが生まれ、新しいビジネスにつながる可能性があります！ 案浦不動産のマンサニヨにあるメキシコの新しいリスティング（ハッピー コースト リアル エステートとの共同マーケティング）の広告は以下のページをご覧ください。

    In Mexico, people do not have to have a real estate license to practice real estate, so you need to be careful if you are buying property there. It is highly recommended that if you are buying property, that you use an agent who is a member of AMPI. AMPI is a Mexican real estate association for real estate professionals who adhere to best practices and a code of ethics. There are roughly 5000 members of AMPI and each year they have an annual conference called the Congreso.  The Congreso is held in a different city and as of 2018, the Houston Association of Realtors has sent the chairman of the Global Committee to attend. Susan was the chairman in 2018 so attended her first Congreso in Oaxaca, Mexico. The following year, her agent Pius was the chairman so she went with him to the 2019 Congreso in San Luis Potosi. In 2020, the Congreso was canceled because of COVID, and in 2021, Susan went again to the Congreso, this time in Tampico. Over the years, Susan has made some great relationships with realtors all over Mexico as well as some great relationships with other American realtors who also attend the Congreso every year. This year, the Congreso was held October 12-14 in Tijuana.  A group of about 10 Texas realtors flew to San Diego, then crossed the border into Tijuana. Together, they attended many networking events, the expo, and the convention itself. In attendance in the international delegation was the 2021 NAR President Charlie Oppler, who spoke on stage and led a very beneficial international networking event. There were beautiful parties and dinners and a final gala at the end. Through these international conferences, international connections can be made, which can result in new business!   • CIPS 国際不動産スペシャリスト

    不動産業者はみんなが全員同じではありません！特別なクラスを受講し、専門分野に応じて特別な称号を取得する人もいます。たとえば、スーザンは何百時間ものクラスを受講し、CCIM (商業用不動産)、ABR (買主専門)、およびCIPS (国際不動産スペシャリスト) の称号を受けています。 CIPSは、Certified International Property Specialist の略です。最近、真理子も 5 日間のクラスを受講し、全米不動産協会に申請書の提出をしました。すべてが順調に進めば、11 月までに承認され、真理子とスーザンは NAR の年次会議のためにフロリダ州オーランドに旅行します。 10月7日金曜日、HAR.com は現在、および新規の CIPS不動産業者向けの特別イベントを開催しました。多くの有能な不動産業者が参加した素晴らしいイベントで、オースティンやダラスから参加した人もいました。その他の楽しみなニュースとして、HAR.com は、ヒューストンの不動産業者が他国の不動産業者と提携して、新しく 外国の不動産を宣伝および販売するための新しいプラットフォームを開始しました。 案浦不動産は、メキシコのマンサニヨにある Happy Coast と提携し、メキシコにある 5 つの物件を掲載しました。今週、10月12日から 15日まで、スーザンはメキシコの年次会議である AMPI Congreso に出席します。スーザンにとって、国際的なつながりを作るのに最適な場所である会議に参加するのは今年で 4 年目となります。 AnnouraRealty.com のウェブサイトに近々、新しいページが追加されます。このページでは、海外における物件の広告を掲載します。乞うご期待！

    All realtors are not the same! Some take extra classes and earn special designations depending on their specialties. For example, Susan has taken hundreds of hours of classes and has gotten the designations of CCIM (for commercial real estate), ABR (for working with buyers), and CIPS (for working with international clients).  CIPS stands for Certified International Property Specialist. Very recently, Mariko also took the 5 day series of classes and just submitted her application to the National Association of Realtors.  If all goes well, she will be approved by November, when both she and Susan will travel to Orlando, Florida for NAR’s annual national conference. On Friday Oct 7, HAR.com held a special reception for current and new CIPS realtors. It was a great event attended by many talented realtors, some who travelled from Austin and Dallas. In other exciting news, HAR.com will be rolling out a new platform for Houston realtors to partner with realtors in other countries to advertise and market foreign properties on HAR.com’s new Global International Exchange. Annoura Realty has partnered with Happy Coast in Manzanillo, Mexico and just listed our first five Mexican properties. This week, Oct 12-15, Susan will attend the AMPI Congreso, which is Mexico’s annual real estate conference.  This will be Susan’s 4th year to attend the Congreso, a great place to make international connections!   • テキサス不動産協会会議 – Fort Worth

    毎年恒例のテキサス不動産協会会議は、2019年以来COVIDのためにキャンセルされた続けましたが、今年はテキサス州フォートワースで先週開催されました。同時に、女性不動産協会も年次の州会議を開催しました。スーザンとマリコは両方に出席し、ミーティングからミーティングへと走り回る５日間となりました。ヒューストンの女性不動産協会の会長として、スーザンは POWER III セッションと選挙に参加し、次期のテキサス州における代表となる人々に投票しました。そして テキサス不動産協会　グローバル委員会の副会長として、オースティン在住　 Socar Chatmon-Thomas 会長、McAllen 在住 リエゾン　Jonathan Lindley、ルイスビル在住 Brenda Taylor 前会長と共に、グローバルフォーラム と グローバル委員会における会議を行いました。夕方には、多くのネットワーキング、ハッピー アワーやディナー、ストック ヤードとビリー ボブズでダンスを楽しんだり、特別なパーティーが行われました。 テキサス不動産協会は、メキシコの AMPI (メキシコ全国不動産協会) から 3 人のゲストを迎え、それぞれの都市とメキシコでのビジネス方法について話し、10 月に開催される会議に招待してくれました。みんなで行くのが楽しみです！多くの人々が、新しい情報を学ぶことができ、新しくコネクションを作ることができ、テキサス州での不動産関係者との絆を深めることができた、とても良い経験となりました。

    The annual Texas Realtors Conference took place last week in Fort Worth, TX, after being cancelled because of COVID since 2019. In conjunction, the Women’s Council of Realtors also held their annual state conference. Susan and Mariko attended both, running around from meeting to meeting. As President of Houston’s Women’s Council of Realtors, Susan participated in the POWER III sessions and the state elections, voting for the next slate of Texas leaders. As Vice Chairman of Texas Realtors Global Committee, Susan helped run the Global Forum and Global Committee Meeting with Madam Chairwoman Socar Chatmon-Thomas of Austin, Liaison Jonathan Lindley of McAllen, and immediate past chairwoman Brenda Taylor of Lewisville. In the evenings, there were many networking happy hours and dinners, dancing at the Stockyards and Billy Bob’s, and special receptions. Texas Realtors welcomed 3 guests from Mexico’s AMPI (Mexico’s national real estate association) who spoke about their respective cities and how to do business in Mexico, and who invited us all to their national convention in October. I think we are all going to go! It was a very successful conference. We all learned a lot of new information, made new friends, and enjoyed bonding with our real estate colleagues from across Texas.
