In Annoura Realty news, rentals are strong and sales are still challenging. The real estate market has picked up in Houston, but the interest rates seem to keep creeping up due to the oil price shock and stubborn core inflation. That being said, our expat relocation business is still extremely strong as newcomers contact us almost every single day. On the hozizon, we have several Kaneka expats, several researchers coming for their post doc in the Medical Center, and new comers from Inpex, Idemitsu, and Kuraray. Last week we closed out leases for our newest JAXA family as well as a newcomer from Mitsui. One of our CEOs in the Bay Area changed from an apartment to a room at the Endeavour, Clear Lake’s only highrise condo. On the sale front, we have our Orchard Mountain listing in line to close in a couple of weeks as well as a home purchase in Firethorne West.
